Excellent Car Buying Experience and Outstanding Customer Service I recently had the opportunity to work with Flow Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but the entire team made the process simple, straightforward, and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions. I appreciated that there was never any pressure to make a decision. Instead, they took the time to explain my options and helped me find the vehicle that best fit my needs. The dealership was clean, organized, and had an excellent selection of vehicles. I originally bought a used truck from flow Toyota in Statesville. The lock on the rear door did not work while the truck was sitting on the lot. This was supposedly fixed before the truck was delivered to me. It unfortunately was not so I called and requested to make an appointment at Flow Chevy as the truck is a Chevy and it would save me a drive back to Statesville. I got the lock to work but it still intermittently did not work. I stressed that this was an intermittent issue and wanted to get it checked out and diagnosed why it would only work sometimes. Flow Chevy’s fix was having a technician “cycle the lock 50-60 times” in 1 day and not looking into why it would intermittently not work. I felt like this was a slap in the face and not helpful at all. I guess I’ll just have to research the problem myself and try to fix it.

I had an appointment, was checked in early ,all service persons were pleasant. When service completed Jeremy came to let me know all went well, and thanked me for being a customer, saying he's looking forward to my next visit. I had a good visit.

I bought a new suv had an amazing experience. The whole experience was amazing. One negative I will say is I thought I was having an issue with one of my cars. They wanted to charge 200 bucks just to look at it. I took it to a competitor and they looked it over for free and couldn't find anything wrong. They said have any issues bring it back. Flow would have likely said same thing and boom 200 bucks would be gone. Then Let's say a month later I really have an issue they would charge 200 again. Those two times alone could be more than repair. Has to be a way where they apply some of that to repair. Then another car j spent just as much for them to look at it then actual repair. That money adds up quick.

Great dealership with staff who care, who listen, and who keep you updated and informed. The sales department are very friendly and service team are very skilled and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to others if you want to have an amazing customer service experience!
